The Sorrosal Waterfall is one of the impressive 80-metre waterfalls in the village of Broto, located at 3 kilometres from our rural house. The Via Ferrata of Sorrosal is parallel to this waterfall and is one of the most wonderful in the Pyrenees.
The via has a series of nails and stairs that allow us to ascend vertically and parallel to the wonderful waterfall to reach to a stone tunnel dug in the 19th century. We continue across the upper part of the ravine, plenty of pools and rapids to the end of Via Ferrata, where we have beautiful views of Broto and the valley.
It is a perfect via to have a first contact with this sport. You can hire the material (harness, sink, helmet) and contact with expert guides in the village.
