50 kilometres from our rural house is located the Aramon-Formigal-Panticosa ski resorts, the biggest ski area in Spain, where you can enjoy the Pyrenees in winter. These ski resorts give you different activities: snowbike, ski ratrack, snowpark, tobogganing, walks in sleighs for dogs, apres ski, snake gliss, paragliding… If we don’t want to ski, some ski resorts offer us a reduced price to ascend in cable railway to go for a walk (it is recommended to visit the small lakes of Asnos and Sacobos, in the Panticosa ski resort).
In the surroundings you can find the Astún and Candanchú ski resorts. Furthermore, you can enjoy the cross-country skiing in the Panticosa Spa located in Pineta Valley and in the Somport ski resort.
