In summer and autumn, when the snow reduces, you can hire a tourist route in a 4×4 bus through the Ordesa lookouts. This bus from Nerín offers us two different types of services.

The first option is a guided tour toward the Ordesa lookouts. Located at 2200 metres height, we can enjoy the Ordesa canyon from the highest part, going to stone lookouts located in the impressive vertical walls. It is probably the best panoramic view in the Pyrenees: the Ordesa Valley under our feet and in the horizon the peaks of the National Park dominated by Monte Perdido.

It is also a perfect place to observe the fauna, such as sarrios (Pyrenean mountain goats), bearded vultures, marmots or golden eagles.

This bus offers us an interesting service for mountaineers. You can enjoy a whole day, ascending at 7:00 a.m. to a place located at 2200 metres (near the famous shelter of Góriz) where the bus stops and returning to the same point at 20:00, where the bus will pick us to come back to Nerín. This service allows us to ascend easily to Monte Perdido, Roland’s Breech or other peaks of interest without needing two days.
